I’m sorry to hear that. How many days did it actually take for them to deliver the bowls. I can’t recall how long it took for me to get my bowl. I do like the product that’s too bad you had such a poor experience with their customer service. Thanks for letting us know about your experience.

I paid for 2 of these bowls. After a number of weeks with no contact from the store I tried to charge back my money on Paypal I tried to contact them (Tazlab) through Paypal as did the Paypal conflict resolution department. Nothing was heard from the company. However 1 day before my money would have been returned I got the bowls in the mail, again no contact from the company, no explanation as to why it took so long. So if you want this bowl. Buy it from a retailer or expect to wait a very long time for delivery. I ended up buying 2 other bowls for the dogs while I waited on these.
