We just lost our beloved Golden Retriever-11 y.o. Baxter (descendent Ski Patrol/Avalanche Dog) Never had kids, so he was our ev thg! Your dogs look so much like him – he had a wonderful life – we teach skiing @ Squaw Valley (Calif) & Baxter loved the snow & outdoors – he grew up w/ a retired Guide dog For the Blind (Picasso) we adopted, so you training service dogs is so appreciated! -I know you get asked a lot, but how can we apply to get one of your puppies who doesn’t become a service dog – We would raise this dog w/ so much love- lots of socialization w/ people who come to Squaw from all ov world – Lots of adventure w/ with hiking, swimming, waterfalls, fun in snow – never left alone. I am a retired Podiatrist & my husband is a retired Businessman – We take our dogs to UC Davis Vet & feed them the Best Food & Lots of ❤️ – I am a Sansei🐾

Thank you for your service! We love our Golden Retrievers. Our goal is to train our puppies to work as service dogs. One of the dogs we trained to work as a guide dog ended up career changing to a PTSD service dog and now works with a veteran in Oklahoma.

Thank you! Congratulations on your new puppy! When we were volunteering as fosters we raised a litter of 7 German Shepherd mixed puppies from around 3 weeks old until they were all adopted at around 12 weeks old. Good luck with your puppy!
