Have you tried a raw diet?
They’re pretty hard to resist and it’s what they were born to eat. It’s a species appropriate diet for carnivores. Good luck with your fur baby.

She is fed a raw diet, which digests in 4 hours…unlike kibble which can sit in their gut for over 24 hours. She will remain at 3 meals per day until about 12 months of age, although portions will be adjusted.

My Bichon Grise is 8 Mount nuts old and he does not eat on his own. After many tests, the vets are saying he is physically in a perfect health and put him in entyce appetite stimulator and I still have force feed him in the mornings. Any suggestions?
