In reply to Lindsay. It's a great event. They end up adopting out hundreds of animals at the Home for the Holidays pet adoption. Irvine Animal Shelter has a similar adoption in the summer time that we usually go to as well.

I love the idea of pets getting adopted in time for the holidays. I know Christmas is the perfect time for some families to adopt a new dog. It’s not the best time for me because I’m usually traveling, but a lot of people stay home. Sounds like an awesome event.

Hi Angel,

Thanks for leaving me a comment. Nope, I wasn’t hacked. I was adding a demo theme to my site and part of the demo uploaded something like 10 demo posts (the gibberish you mentioned). Sorry, about the unwanted posts in your feed. I’m hoping to get everything back to normal tonight.

In reply to Allison. There are a few major events I like posting about every year. One is the Home For The Holidays Pet Adoption. The others are the America's Family Pet Expo and the Irvine Animal Shelters Super Pet Adoption in the summer. If you live in Southern California I highly recommend those 3 events.
