What is the easiest way to make him an emotional support dog?

We have had several yorkies and the girls done well with the pad , but the boys , we use positive reenforcement with a treat and telling them no, no and taking them out to do there business . Boys need to hist there leg to pee, which results in peeing on furniture. It’s difficult to train them , unless you wrap your furniture with pads,
The girls will learn to go outside easily, the same as a boy, by taking them out several times a day. Dogs/ puppies eat and drink and like people, they have to relieve themselves, that’s just nature. How often we have to go, depends on the person and it’s the same with dogs/puppies.
