In reply to Dog. All the critics need to be more open and creative. There is a decent description of the physical motion or posture for the commands. You can make it whatever you would like the gesture to be. This is not the USMC with rigid adherence. For example, I intend to use a pinching motion of index finger and thumb instead of suggested 'Shhh' index finger in front of mouth. This is a very good article describing physical gestures to accompany verbal commands. As with all training advice, the implementation and application is what you make it.

The wordy descriptions are confusing. Not a single IMAGE of what these commands look like. Thats ridiculous! Great effort, but lousy communication.
