Thank you for your comment and concerns. Any change in medication or diet would have to be approved by our guide dog school.

@Peter & Betty Lovatt, I’m glad you enjoyed Dublin’s videos. I definitely am proud of Dublin and I can’t wait for Memorial Day weekend when I hopefully get to visit Liz and Dublin in Arizona.

We are volunteer Puppy Walkers, for the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association in the UK, and it has been interesting to see the similarities, (and differences), in our two systems.
We know just how proud you must feel now Dublin has graduated. The only better feeling is to talk to a Guide Dog Owner, (GDO), and hear how the dog has changed their lives.

Keep up the good work.

Regards, Peter & Betty.

@Allison, Thanks! I like making the videos, but it’s a lot of work. Maybe after Apache we’ll start making Puppy In Training TV videos again.

I know you keep saying that the graduation is for Dublin and Liz, but I’m really happy that you were acknowledged too Colby. You put in so much work and it paid off!! Maybe the key to a dog graduating is making all these videos!! hehe. Congratulations again! I’m really happy for you!

Thanks Rissa! I’m glad you liked the videos. I think it was a good way to show people a little bit of what its like to be a guide dog puppy raiser.

A Vision Impaired Individual places their LIFE in the PAWs of their Guide Dog.

Rescue / Service / Therapy DOGs … Are much, much more than a Wagging Tail.

A LOT of Time, Love, $$, Training, Food and Vet Bills all add up before a Service Dog can even begin to “ Provide Service ”.

Unfortunately, the Breeds which are typically selected for Rescue / Therapy / Service DOGs are Genetically PreDisposed to the likelihood of a lifetime of Enviro Allergy / Atopy Misery.

Which Unfortunately only Emerges AFTER all the Training, Time, Luv & $$ has occurred.

Which severely compromises their ability to DO “ What they have been Trained to DO !”.

To address this Serious Issue, may we suggest you consider placing your Animal on 100% Natural, Vet Dermatologist Formulated, Sublingual Doggy GOO.

Which can be introduced to Future Guide DOG / Puppies to “ Pre-Emptively “ build Immune Tolerance to Pollens, Mites & Molds before they have a chance to become Entrenched / Emerge and compromise their Guide Dog Duties.

Protect your Time, Luv & $$ Investment ..

Keep our Animal’s Healthy and Itch-Less > So they can Guide the Lives of their Future Partners without the limitations of Allergy.
